I strongly believe in the “test don’t guess” mentality in order to get to the root cause of your symptoms.   I offer conventional and functional medicine testing.  The functional laboratories I utilize offer competitive cash pricing or you can submit receipts to your insurance for possible coverage (I do not bill through insurance….please see section below on fees).

After you schedule an appointment, I will email you a health questionnaire to complete prior to your first appointment.  Then our first visit together is an in-person or virtual 90 minute visit where we discuss your health history, lifestyle, any symptoms, and perform an exam.  During this time, I will also recommend any labs or further testing if needed.  We will discuss your lifestyle and create a plan to implement prior to our next visit.  The first follow up visit will then take place 4 weeks later via a 60minute telephone or E-consult.  We will review your lab results and follow up on lifestyle changes and treatment.  Further follow up visits are often needed and will be scheduled when necessary.

Pricing includes initial 90 minute consult, up to 2 follow up appointments/month, all online messaging, lab reviews, and annual physical.

Labs and supplements are not included.

I do not bill insurance at this time.  This allows me to spend more time with you rather than doing billing paperwork and also keep my fees more affordable.
